FAQs
What will happen once I book a consultation?
If you click the button on the top right of the page to book in a consultation, you will be taken to a page with access to Naomi’s calendar. This allows you to request an appointment time that works best for you.
You will then be sent an intake form and consent form to fill in prior to the first session.
You can request a session be via a secure online video platform or over the phone.
What will happen in the first session?
During the initial session, Naomi will provide you with information about confidentiality and consent. The first session will be all about getting to know you and your history. Towards the end, you will develop goals for treatment and Naomi will discuss a treatment plan with you. The next session will commence the treatment plan.
Sessions are 50-minutes in duration, with the frequency of sessions determined in the initial session. Prior to or during the initial appointment, Naomi will discuss whether her experience and expertise are likely to be helpful for your concerns.
If Naomi is unable to assist you, she will aim to provide appropriate alternate referral options.

As sessions times are in demand, we require atleast 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment or a cancellation fee of 50% or $100 will be charged.
If you cancel the day of the session or fail to show for the session, inclusive of forgetting it was scheduled, the full session fee will be incurred. This is due to the impacts of clients waiting for a session and the time spent preparing for a session.
